Free Style Extreme Sculpting Class. Come meet Daniela Curto.

Get your cardio edge a whole new way. Challenging heavier weighted sets, partner work, balance work and ab-labs. A perfect compliment to Thursdays outdoor class- try to sign up for both! Equipment provided. Space available for 13.

with special focus on toning legs and glutes with fun new props. Space available for 24.     
 
Get Fit Tested! Plus, Fresh Returning Member Homework
If we haven't seen you in a while, email us to make arrangements to attend Fit Testing the first day of your session. You'll get a fresh baseline for push-up, plank and full sit-ups. We'll re-test again 4 weeks later on the last day of the session. Plus, as a returning member signed up on Drop-in, receive new homework emails each session with circuit sets, field trip homework to share with friends, and more.  

Drop-In Program Policies and Package Expiration
All Drop-In purchases are designated for use within the regular Boot Camp schedule, EXCLUDING the first Monday of each new session. Drop-in purchases are valid only during the session for which they are purchased. Unused Drop-In days expire at the end of the session for which they are purchased. Buy only what you can use during a session.

How Much Does It Cost?
  1 day = $12

2 days = $24

3 days = $36

4 days = $48

6 days = $72

8 days = $96

10 days = $120

12 days = $144

14 days = $168 *

*Our 14 day package comes with an optional 15th day freebie workout. If you would like to use this free day, be sure to include it when you schedule your days.
