Each 4 week Boot Camp has a registration fee of $275. That's 16 hours of personalized, fat blasting instruction and guidance with a professional trainer for just $17 an hour. FOR RETURNING MEMBERS
The Drop-In Program is available for all Seattle Weight Loss Boot Camp Members who have previously experienced a 4 Week Session. For details, and to purchase Punchcards, please click here.

CONFIRMATION
Upon registering you will be emailed a confirmation and specific Greenlake location information. Please be advised that Boot Camp starts 10 minutes early on the first day of each session.

WHAT TO BRING
An exercise mat, bottle of water, towel and 5lb weights. Be sure to dress in layers and plan ahead for our ever changing Seattle weather.

BEEN ON THE COUCH A WHILE? TAKE OUR FIT TEST!
While we would love to be a "one size fits all" program, success in our Bootcamp relies on a participants ability to utilize basic physical mobility. This implies continued capability to move from standing exercises to sitting execises with relative ease and to either walk or run without difficulty (running is optional in our program). Those with serious chronic illness or ongoing physical ailments of the low back or knee joints may not be a good fit for our program.

1. Can you walk up three flights of stairs without stopping for breath? Four flights?

2. Can you do 10 push-ups on your knees?

3. Can you bring your knees up to your chest in a "high march" for two minutes, arms pumping?

4. Can you do 20 jumping jacks?

5. Can you easily bend both knees to touch the floor and come back up, unassisted?

6. Can you do 15 crunches, knees bent, hands behind neck, raising just your shoulders off the floor?

If you've answered YES to all of the above, Welcome to Seattle Weight Loss Boot Camp, your current level of fitness is just the beginning! Available space in Boot Camp cannot be held without payment through PayPal. You will be forwarded to our payment page after completing this registration form. While Boot camp sessions are non-refundable, they can be rescheduled at our discretion due to serious illness.
