How Much Does It Cost?
SUMMER PRICING: Classes are sold in packages by-the-day. Cost varies with the amount of classes purchased.  There are 16 available class days per each 4 week session. Packages expire at the end of the 4 week session for which they are purchased. All purchases are subject to 9.5% sales tax.       
4 classes=$68 ($17 per day)        10 classes=$150 ($15 per day)
6 classes=$96 ($17 per day) 12 classes=$168 ($14 per day)  
8 classes=$128 ($16 per day)    16 classes=$192 ($12 per day)

- Click through to our secure online payment page.
- To begin attending class, you can either start class the first day of a 4 week session, or if a 4 week session is already in progress, call us to set up your free class introduction prior to attending, 206-852-4427. This is an ongoing class format. Attending a session from it's start date is not required.


Depending on the date of your sign-up, it may take up to 48 hours to get a confirmation email from our office. For questions about registration, please call us!

A Typical Week In The "Extreme":
Monday: Weight based class hour focusing on functional weight training to slim and shape the feminine form. Dramatically challenges muscle endurance in all fitness levels. Carves out body shape in all muscle groups. A focused, educational class hour with one-on-one trainer instruction.
Wednesday: Free Style class combining faster weighted sets with back-to-back ball work, bands, ab-labs, partner exercises, and studio "toys". This fast paced workout hour will speed metabolism while building noticeable strength, agility and endurance. A sense of play is encouraged! One-on-one instruction is given in this class.
Thursday: Full-on cardio hour where anything goes and a rockin' soundtrack kicks it into high gear (no weight work on this day). Plyometric sets mingle with squat variations, balance work and ab-labs. Focus is on building heart and lung stamina while improving capability during motion. There are no choreographed steps in this class. Class structure allows each participant to go at their own pace. Modifications given.
Friday: Weight based class hour mixing heavier weighted work with functional training education, support inspired non-competitive team sets, and abdominal work. Mixes playtime with hardworking, strength building sets. One-on-one instruction. This class hour has it all: strength, agility, endurance and play.  

What To Expect
Visual Results:
- Lose inches all over by swapping loose fat for lean muscle.
- Lift and shape the rear-end. Shrink hips and thighs.
- Shrink and define the waistline. Trim belly. 
- Begin to carve out beautiful definition in the arms, back and chest. 
- Look and feel better in your clothes!
Physical Results:
- Get strong!
- Improve performance during all physical activities, including marathon sports.
- Elevate agility and response time during physical activity.
- Build motion based strength.
- Increase balance, coordination and flexibility.
- Reduce daily aches and pains by strengthening structural muscle groups.
- Reduce the possibility of injury during activity through the practice of regular exercise.
- Excellent cross training for the active Northwest woman.

Is This Class Right For Me?
We love the sense of excitement and possibility suggested inside the word "Extreme". It's a little dramatic, a little daring and just a little outside the comfort zone. If Extreme were a place on your fitness map, it may be where you already are, or a place you aspire to get to. We welcome and encourage participants of varying degrees of strength and cardiovascular ability inside the following parameters:
- not for beginning exercisers.
- must have previous experience using free weights with proper form and good posture.
- must be free of injury and chronic back or knee problems.
- best for those who are regular exercisers experiencing only short durations of lapse.
- works best for those who are within the healthy weight ranges for their height and age.

A licensed massage practitioner, triathlete, and true northwest fitness adventurist, Daniela brings her ACE certified knowledge and playful, focused energy to each Extreme Sculpt class hour.

Available space in Extreme Sculpt cannot be held without payment through PayPal. You will be forwarded to our payment page after completing this registration form. While our Intensives are non-refundable, they can be rescheduled at our discretion due to serious illness.
