We take education seriously at SWLB! From instructing you through the perfect push-up to developing deeper core engagement, we strive to educate women on effective form that builds strength quickly and safely. Seattle Weight Loss Boot Camp is designed for women by women to focus exclusively on female specific training techniques proven to slim down the hips, thighs and belly while building full body strength. Our goal? To bring back the positive!

Once you have completed an outdoor session with us, you are a member of SWLB! As a member you can return to our Classic Outdoor Bootycamp program any time using the discounted members only Drop-In Program. Drop-In is an excellent way to continue the Bootycamp fitness lifestyle while taking advantage of a flexible schedule and discounted rates.
