CREATING COMMUNITY
The creators of Seattle Weight Loss Boot Camp know first hand the challenges of losing weight and getting fit! We've been overweight, and it was the grueling process of losing weight and shaping up WITHOUT the benefit of an exciting and supportive community that motivated us to create this program.

At Seattle Weight Loss Boot Camp our goal is not only to help you lose pounds and live in your body with pleasure, we also want to be a place where women can come together to create new, health conscious connections and share their experience. As a companion to our goal oriented daily program, we've created Seasonal Member Fitness Events designed with your new skills and self confidence in mind.

Each Season, all Bootcamp members are invited to get together for a purely social fitness event to put those new muscles to test in the real world. These events are free, with the exception of possible fee's charged by the event destination. Below are our Spring and Summer events. Exact dates and destinations will be announced during Camp.

SPRING 2008
Join us girls and Get Your Skate On! Of all the events we do, we love this one the most. If it's been a while since you've been on skates, be prepared to rock the rink! Those Bootcamp tight abs will give you precision and staying power (staying upright that is) right up to the last skate of the night.

SUMMER 2008
Canoeing through the Arboretum's lush waterways. Test your shoulder, back and arm strength while gliding under the tree's of Seattle's glorious Arboretum. Lifejackets provided.

This program uses amino acid supplement therapy and high quality organic food choices to get the body and mind back on track. The author does advise teaming up with your doctor for best results.
